Covid-19 reopening survey

Hi folks! Leadership Team would really appreciate your participation in our 10-15 minute online survey to determine parishioners' levels of comfort with reopening the church for worship services. 

- All members of a household are welcome to fill out the survey individually. 

- Answers are confidential and will be reported anonymously to Parish Council. 

- Deadline: Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

We are mailing out hard copies next week to those who need them and following up with a phone call survey.
